Terms and conditions.
- All participants, whether coach, parent or child, shall follow FISDAC's Anti-Discrimination Policy regarding treating all others with respect and equality.

Booking
- Booking is only secure once you have recieved an email or letter stating that your booking is complete.
- All holiday camps places are only secured by paying a deposit and returning the regstration form at least a week before the camp happens.
- FISDAC reserve the right to change or cancel any event at any time.
Holiday club, camps and events
- Participants will only be allowed to take part if a registration form and medical form has been filled in by a parent or guardian.
- Children are not FISDAC's responsibility until a parent or guardian has signed them in and will not be released until signed out by an agreed adult.
- All events must be paid for before the starting time of the event.
- All participants must adhere to the behavioural standards outlined by FISDAC, failure to do so will resut in being asked to leave and any money paid will be forfeited. Please refer to the behaviour policy.
Payment
- All holiday clubs are payable in cash or cheque.
- Holiday camps must be paid for at least a week in advance, they can be paid by cheque or cash.
- If you wish to change your mind about coming to a holiday camp money will only be returned if notified a month in advance, 50% will be returned up to a week in advance and no money will be returned if cancelled with less that week until the camp starts.
- If sending money through post we recommend recorded delievery is used, we accept no responsibility for money lost in the post. Confirmation will be sent on reciept.
